Admin Secure: Hotfix 4.04.10.007 behebt Fehler in den AdminSecure Schutzmodulen

Symptome

• Outlook 2003 reagiert nicht beim öffnen von großen Plain Text Nachrichten.

• Surfen nicht möglich bei gleichzeitig installiertem Panda Security for Desktops Schutzmodul und ISA Firewall Client.

• Fehler CS-0200 TCConf: Generic error wird im Windows Anwendungsprotokoll auf Vista Maschinen angezeigt wenn Panda AdminSecure Events service eingeschaltet ist.

• Es ist nicht möglich Scan Berichte auf Vista Maschinen zu drucken.

• Outlook 2000 stürzt ab wenn das Context Menü Optionen Antwort Senden an ->EMail Empfänger ausgewählt ist.

• Inkompatibel mit Media Monitor Player.

• Konflikte mit POP3 Connector.

• Es ist nicht möglich bestimmte Webseiten aufzurufen.

Error 14 PACKAGE_PRIVILEGES_ERROR

Diese Fehlermeldung tritt bei manchen Installationen der Admin Secure  auf Windows 2008 Server auf.

Bitte entpacken Sie das Installationspaket. Dieses wird beim Aufruf des Paketes standardmäßig unter C:\Panda entpackt. Sichern Sie die Dateien PAVAGENT.exe und CRC.dat bitte aus dem Verzeichnis:

“C:\Panda\Pandaadminsecure\Program File\Panda Software\Panda Administrator 3\Distribution Server\Repository\PLAgent\v403000000

Laden Sie sich folgendes ZIP Archiv herunter und speichern Sie die entpackten Dateien in das oben genannte Verzeichnis.

(Das Passwort für das ZIP Archiv lautet: panda)

Nun Starten Sie die Installation über die Setup.exe im Verzeichnis C:\Panda\Pandaadminsecure.

Nach der Installation, müssen Sie die alten Dateien CRC.DAT und PAVAGENT.exe in das Verzeichnis

C:\Programme\Panda Software\Panda Administrator 3\Distribution Server\Repository\PLAgent\v403000000 kopieren.

Error 2093 bei der Installation der Endpoint Protection

Installation Admin Secure Script Launch Error Result 4

Um den Fehler Script Error 4 bei der Installation der Admin Secure zu umgehen, koennen wir Ihnen folgenden Workarround zur Verfuegung stellen.

Bitte entpacken Sie z.B. mit Winzip die Installationdatei (exe) der Admin Secure in einen Pfad auf der Festplatte. Laden Sie sich das ZIP Archiv herunter und enpacken Sie es in das Verzeichnis, in dem sich die Setup.exe befindet. Bitte starten Sie die install.bat Datei. Nun sollte die Installation ohne Probleme durchlaufen.

Hotfix 19 (Admin Secure 4.02.30) solves Error 2070, Error 2059 and General Errors

Hotfix 19 installs version 3.04.00.0000 of the communications agent and version 2.33.01.0000 of the Novell protection. This Hotfix is only for Admin Secure Version 4.02.30 (SP1)

Improvements in the communications agent (v3.04.00.0000)

• Fixed the package installer so that it correctly interprets the parameters of the Distribution Server name when the agent is distributed in automatic mode from the console.
• Fixed the PavUpd process so that it recognizes the 3 possible formats of the repository signature file (Pav.sig, pav.zip and Pavsig.gz)
• Updated the PavUpd and PavUpg processes with calls to the UClient process with absolute paths instead of relative paths like ..\tools\UClient which could cause problems in some clients.
• Updated the UClient process with the changes incorporated in previous hotfixes, including an increase of the timeout from 5 to 15 minutes and parameterization of the .INI file.

Improvements in the Novell protection (v2.33.01.0000)

• Deleted all the detection/disinfection routines being migrated to Pav.sig.
• Incorporated changes to the PavUpd (ppavupd) process plugin that facilitates antivirus updates with any previous pav.sig. This feature didn’t work before.
  NOTES:
  This hotfix is only valid for AdminSecure 2007 solutions.
  Once the hotfix has been applied to the computer with AdminServer, there will be a restart of the AdminSecure, communications agent and distribution server services.
